Be honest, how many golf buggies do you have in your shed or garage that you will never use again? These buggies are effectively dead money, wasted money.
Every time you want an improved buggy you buy a complete new buggy and also pay for a complete new buggy. That used to make sense but not any more.
Collin Hiss at QOD had a vision.
What if you could buy a buggy that could last you a lifetime, even if you want to improve the buggy over the years?
Sounds too good to be true but now Collin has achieved exactly that.
His principle is simple and other electric golf buggy manufacturers ( such as MGI, Motocaddy, PowaKaddy, Stinger, Caddytek etc ) will be amazed at what Collin has been able to achieve with the QOD Golf Buggy.
Collin explains
"When you want a better buggy with more features you do not throw your existing buggy away. You simply upgrade the buggy you have".
There are two types of upgrade an owner of a QOD Buggy may require. In all cases
- the owner will not need to purchase a complete new buggy and throw away their old buggy
- the owner will only pay for the upgrade and will not be paying for a complete new buggy.

Upgrade Type 1 : A QOD owner has had their QOD for a period of time and new features have come out which apply to their QOD Model
This is true for many many QOD owners today. The current QOD Electric Buggy has ALL Terrain Wheels, a Bucket Seat, and a 5th Stabiliser Wheel for better stability for example. The principle at QOD is that when you buy a QOD it lasts you for a lifetime and hence every new feature introduced for a QOD can be retrofitted to all previous QOD Buggies sold. You do not have to purchase a new QOD to get a QOD with the new features. You simply request for your existing buggy to be sent back to the QOD factory in Sydney and have the required feature(s) addded to your existing buggy. Some owners who have already availed themselves of this service were confused when they received their buggy back. When inspecting the returned buggy they were convinced they had received a brand new buggy. This is because the buggy is cleaned and serviced as part of the deal and it is quite easy to make the mistake of believing it is a brand new buggy.

Upgrade Type 2 : A QOD owner wishes to move to a better model QOD
Collin at QOD uses an example of a golfer who initially buys a push / pull buggy ( QOD Model Q0 ), then an electric buggy ( QOD Model Q1), and finally a remote controlled electric buggy ( QOD Model Q2 ). Normally this golfer will have paid for THREE buggies ( Models Q0, Q1, and Q2 ) and will have TWO buggies collecting dust in their garage ( Models Q0 and Q1 ). QOD now has a buggy that allows you to upgrade it when you want to improve it. Collin explains further
"The golfer pays for a QOD push buggy ( Q0 ). When they decide they would like an electric golf buggy ( Q1 ) they just purchase an UPGRADE module that converts their push buggy into an electric buggy. But the best news is that the golfer only pays for the difference in price between the push buggy and the electric buggy. In other words, you have not wasted the money you outlayed for your push buggy. All you have paid for is an electric buggy, not a push buggy AND an electric buggy".
The same procedure will work when the golfer wishes to upgrade their electric golf buggy (Q1) into a remote controlled electric buggy ( Q2 ).

QOD currently has all three models on the shelves waiting to be sold :-
- Model Q0 : The QOD Push / Pull Buggy valued at $499
- Model Q1 : The QOD Electric Golf Buggy valued at $1320
- Model Q2 : The QOD Remote Controlled Electric Golf Buggy valued at $1950
To upgrade your current model QOD with new features for that model you will need to :-
- Request an upgrade describing the new features you will like added to your buggy
- This will cost you $150 and covers
- the delivery costs to the QOD factory and back
- the cleaning and servicing of your QOD
- Once the buggy is inspected the QOD factory will inform you of the additional costs involved. Most times this will simply be the cost of the accessory feature eg a 5th stabiliser wheel will cost you $95 which is the cost you would be paying should you purchase a new QOD today. This cost is applicable as at 30th May 2022.
The upgrade modules currently being produced are :-
- Upgrade Q0 : this will convert the Q0 model into a Q1 model and the upgrade module is valued at only $821
- Upgrade Q1 : this will convert the Q1 model into a Q2 model and the upgrade module is valued at only $630
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Innovation nevers stops at QOD. At QOD the motto is "Once you buy a QOD you will never have to buy another buggy again!".
